Acesta are in compozitia sa aproximativ 14% grasimi saturate, dintre care 11% sunt acizi grasi omega-6 si omega-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe langa acestea, uleiul de masline contine foarte multe grasimi monosaturate, si anume acidul oleic in proportie de 73%. Pentru aceste grasimi uleiul de masline este considerat a fi mult mai benefic decat uleiurile obtinute din alte plante (floarea soarelui sau rapita).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acidul oleic este cunoscut pentru efectul sau antiinflamator asadar fiind benefic in echilibrarea proceselor metabolice si preventia cancerului. Efectul antiinflamator vine de la bogata cantitate de oleocantal din uleiul de masline, care prezinta proprietati similare ibuprofenului.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pe langa <strong><em>beneficiile<\/em><\/strong> aduse de acidul oleic, <strong><em>uleiul de masline<\/em><\/strong> are o multime de alte beneficii precum:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Este un bun <em>antioxidant<\/em>, motiv pentru care ajuta la preventia si lupta contra bolilor cronice;<\/li><li>Este un bun <em>antiinflamator<\/em>, ajutand la evitarea oxidarii colesterolului din sange si a multor boli cronice inclusiv a bolilor de inima, metabolice, diabetului, Altzheimer, artrita si obezitate.<\/li><li>Prezinta <em>efecte pozitive asupra sistemului nervos<\/em> prevenind depresia si anxietatea.<\/li><li>Are <em>grasimi benefice pielii si parului<\/em> atat din consumul intern cat si din uzul extern.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cardinalcognition.com\/hmb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/oil-gcf8fa972f_640.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-661\" width=\"574\" height=\"382\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cardinalcognition.com\/hmb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/oil-gcf8fa972f_640.jpg 640w, https:\/\/cardinalcognition.com\/hmb\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/oil-gcf8fa972f_640-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 574px) 100vw, 574px\" \/><figcaption>Poza de Pezibear de la pixabey<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Uleiul de masline si dieta<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chiar daca uleiul de masline este o grasime, acesta a aratat ca nu este un aliment care ingrasa. Este prezent din plin in dietele mediteraneene unde asa cum arata statisticile OECD, avem o populatie cu oamenii cei mai longevivi din Europa (Spania si Italia).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tinand cont de toate acestea, va recomand o reteta simpla pe baza de ulei de masline inspirata din retetele meditaraneene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bruschette cu ulei de masline si busuioc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pentru 6 bruschette vom avea nevoie de urmatoarele <strong><em>ingrediente<\/em><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>6 felii de paine de 14mm grosime<\/em> (va recomand sa folositi o paine cu cereale ca sa largim plaja de nutrienti consumati)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>1 catel de usturoi<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>4 frunze mari de busuioc<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>35g ulei de masline<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>3 rosii cherry<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Metoda de preparare:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Punem hartie de copt pe tava de cuptor, asezam feliile de paine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pregatim un mujdei: pisam usturoiul si frunzele de busuioc. Peste acestea adaugam uleiul de masline.
