De exemplu atunci c\u00e2nd suntem intr-un mediu cu oameni nervo\u0219i, sau dispera\u021bi (locuri cu \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura emo\u021bional\u0103 mare), suntem liberi sa p\u0103r\u0103sim acel loc daca ne face sa ne sim\u021bim r\u0103u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cu toate astea, exista si al\u021bi factori care pot prevala in luarea deciziei, chiar daca este in interesul nostru sa ne protejam. Vorbim de factori precum cutumele sociale, care s-au perindat din genera\u021bie in genera\u021bie ne mai \u021bin\u00e2nd cont de schimbarea contextului social si de al\u021bi factori cu bagaj emo\u021bional. Adic\u0103, am putea avea situa\u021bii in care \u0219tim ca ar fi mai bine pentru noi ca sa plecam, \u00eens\u0103 nu schimbam nimic a\u0219a cum exista o tradi\u021bie sau contract social care spune ca \u201ea\u0219a se face\u201d. De exemplu oamenii care au dormit pu\u021bin, pot fi predispu\u0219i la o stare nervoasa, a\u0219adar vom observa de cele mai multe ori ca ace\u0219tia se vor situa in medii cu oameni nervo\u0219i \u00eempreun\u0103 cu care \u00ee\u0219i vor putea manifesta starea. De exemplu, daca suntem nervo\u0219i intr-un mediu lini\u0219tit, este u\u0219or sa ne men\u021binem aceasta stare daca. \u00cens\u0103 daca dorim sa fim lini\u0219ti\u021bi si ne aflam intr-un mediu in care cei din jur se comporta agresiv, este dificil sa inhibam toate emo\u021biile si st\u0103rile care ne vin natural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Motivul din spatele acestor fapte este ca st\u0103rile de lini\u0219te in mod obisbuit nu propaga stimuli pentru cei din jur, in timp ce st\u0103rile de frica, ura, alerta, sunt ni\u0219te st\u0103ri cu o \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura energetica mare &#8211;\u00a0 prin urmare, necesita mai mult efort, con\u0219tientizare si energie din partea noastr\u0103 pentru a respinge absorbtia unei astfel de stari, si a men\u021bine o stare cu o \u00eenc\u0103rc\u0103tura energetica mica.
