Despre mo\u0219tenirea culturala si impactul experien\u021bei de via\u021b\u0103"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pe parcursul vie\u021bii fiecare din noi suntem in c\u0103utarea st\u0103rii de bine, care este cel mai des perceputa ca si un amalgam de emo\u021bii pozitive ca r\u0103spuns la o ac\u021biune sau o situa\u021bie la care participam. Folosim de cele mai dese ori conceptul de s\u0103n\u0103tate mintala pentru a ilustra lucruri legate inclusiv de s\u0103n\u0103tatea emo\u021bional\u0103, a\u0219a cum aceasta le \u00eenglobeaz\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/balance\/what-to-know-about-emotional-health\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/balance\/what-to-know-about-emotional-health\">S\u0103n\u0103tatea emo\u021bional\u0103<\/a> tine de capacitatea individului de a face fata at\u00e2t sentimentelor pozitive cat si celor negative. Inclusiv lipsa emo\u021biilor este un r\u0103spuns la factorii cu care interac\u021bion\u0103m. Problema apare c\u00e2nd factorii care proiecteaz\u0103 o reac\u021bie emo\u021bional\u0103 sunt in interiorul nostru, \u00eentruc\u00e2t poate fi extrem de greu de con\u0219tientizat de unde vin anumite reac\u021bii, si cum putem sa reparam ceva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Experien\u021ba de via\u021b\u0103<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In primul r\u00e2nd totul porne\u0219te de la cap, adic\u0103 <strong><em>experien\u021ba noastr\u0103 de o via\u021b\u0103 ne va face sa interpretam o ac\u021biune fie ca pozitiva fie ca negativa.<\/em><\/strong> Cu cat mai multe ac\u021biuni negative am tr\u0103it in via\u021b\u0103, si <strong><em>cu cat mai mult am fost expu\u0219i la situa\u021bii negative, cu at\u00e2t mai mult vom \u00eencepe sa vedem totul in jurul nostru prin `ochelari sumbri`.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Creierul nostru este adaptat la supravie\u021buire, prin urmare scopul sau este sa tina minte experien\u021be si lucruri pentru ca mai apoi sa poat\u0103 face asocieri dintre evenimentele care se \u00eent\u00e2mpl\u0103 in prezent si cele pe care si le aminte\u0219te. In acest fel creierul ne ajuta sa identificam pericole, sa recunoa\u0219tem tiparele unor evenimente, si sa evitam cu u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103 si rapiditate situa\u021biile periculoase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Practic daca vom vedea doar lucruri rele despre c\u00e2ini, ne va fi frica despre ei; daca vom vedea doar cazuri nefericite cu biciclete \u2013 ne va fi frica de ele; daca vom vedea doar situa\u021bii periculoase care se ivesc prin p\u0103duri &#8211; ne va fi frica de p\u0103duri. <strong><em>Este de datoria noastr\u0103 sa ar\u0103tam creierului si lucruri frumoase pentru ca acesta sa poat\u0103 face si asocieri fericite.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De aici si vorba \u201esuntem ceea ce vedem\u201d, pentru ca orice experien\u021b\u0103 ne influen\u021beaz\u0103 felul in care g\u00e2ndim, luam decizii, si ne comportam. Chiar daca nu ne g\u00e2ndim de foarte multe ori la acest lucru, pove\u0219tile, picturile si c\u00e2ntecele populare nu sunt altceva dec\u00e2t o ilustra\u021bie a trecutului na\u021biunii, si contureaz\u0103 cele mai puternice emo\u021bii tr\u0103ite de acea na\u021biune. De exemplu in cultura Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 g\u0103sim foarte mult melodii triste, picturi cu oameni muncind, dar si melodii pu\u021bin mai vesele ar\u0103t\u00e2nd acele sc\u00e2ntei de bucurie la na\u0219terea copiilor, bucuria de a iubi si cea de a avea o familie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Daca vom analiza tipologia culturala a popoarelor care mai degrab\u0103 au fost \u00eenving\u0103toare, dominatoare, vom g\u0103si picturi cu femei si b\u0103rba\u021bi in posturi de \u00eenving\u0103tori, vom vedea cum multa arta se axeaz\u0103 pe a arata c\u00e2\u0219tigurile in lupta ale acestor na\u021biuni, pe a arata c\u00e2\u0219tigurile avute de pe urma acestor lupte, m\u00e2ncare din abundenta, avu\u021bii, etc. Prin compara\u021bie, in cultura rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 g\u0103sim multe picturi cu oameni muncind, cu putina m\u00e2ncare, si mai degrab\u0103 cu ac\u021biuni din via\u021ba de zi cu zi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ceea ce vreau sa spun este ca, o istorie \u00eendelungat\u0103 in care oamenii din Principatele Romane au f\u0103cut foamea, este unul dintre motivele principale pentru care ace\u0219tia manifesta o frica extrema pentru foame. La fel, o via\u021b\u0103 \u00eendelungat\u0103 sub domina\u021bia altor popoare a cultivat aceasta cultura a triste\u021bii.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A\u0219adar, trebuie sa fim con\u0219tien\u021bi de mo\u0219tenirea culturala si sa \u00eencerc\u0103m sa rescriem amintiri si comportamente pentru a schimba mo\u0219tenirea culturala pe care o transmitem genera\u021biilor
